Passenger Sales

  • Establish and manage sales strategies for each sales channel, such as OTAs, corporate travel agencies, and FIT/GIT specialized travel agencies
  • Mount sales promotion through businesses and IATA travel agencies
  • Make direct sales to NON-IATA travel agencies
  • Make E-Commerce sales activities through the principal carrier’s websites
  • Make sales supports such as market trend survey, competitor analysis, market price survey, etc.
  • Make a performance analysis and manage the monthly/quarterly performance
  • Make airline product and fare presentations for travel agents
  • Handle charter flights departing from ICN and regional airports
  • Collaborate with embassies, tourism boards and other related agencies in Korea

Reservation & Ticketing

  • Air ticket reservations & ticketing
  • Respond to customers’ inquiries and selling products
  • Support travel agents for individual and group booking
  • Operate CTO to improve customer service
  • Support BSP Operations
  • Update & Manage GDS
  • Manage ATPCO fare filing & regulation
  • Make Sales Reports

Obtain flight permit and do the necessary filing

  • Register and authorize new service and charter flights to authorities concerned
  • Coordinate to obtain airport slots and do scheduling
  • Report and register at the agencies related to airport
  • File the fares and fuel surcharges to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport

Accounting Services

  • Settle and prepare a remittance report for head office.
  • Manage accounts receivable and settle refunds
  • Handle BSP Process
  • Establish and manage the L/C
  • Report Accounting Closing
  • File various tax returns
  • Manage airport contracts and deliver operational support
  • Manager employment-related contracts and settle salary

Airport service

  • Supervise and manage airport operation
  • Recommend the company in charge of aircraft operations within the airport and handle relevant works
